FOC Ambassador Program

Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from our first two sold out classes in Atlanta and Los Angeles, and the word is spreading. To help others benefit from FOC, if past or future students inform someone about FOC and they sign up and pay for the course, you will be eligible to receive a discount and cash back for the course you paid for. If you refer more than one student, you can earn even more cash back!

Referral Process

  • New registrants must enter in the ambassador referring contact name and email in order to receive the benefit as well as the registrant paying for the course.
  • Send an email to ambassador and add to the registration confirmation email details on the program.
  • At the end of the course, all ambassadors to be paid out for all students who completed the course or had paid in full and refund was no longer eligible.
  • Launch on social media & add to website on registration page.
  • Discount of refund to be made at the start of the class.
  • Email referrer when they qualify for a discount.
  • Refunds will happen within one week following the last day of course.

Terms & Conditions

Discount Refund Process:

  • The applicable discount amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the course purchase.
  • Refund processing will commence one 1 week following the official end date of the course. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account.

Referral Eligibility Requirements:

  • To be eligible for the referral discount, the referred student must accurately provide the referring individual's full name and email address during the registration process.
  • The referring individual is responsible for ensuring the referred student is aware of the need to provide this information.

Discount Application Timing:

  • No referral discounts will be applied or granted after the referred student has completed the registration process and submitted payment for the course. It is the responsibility of the referring individual and the referred student to ensure that the referral information is accurately provided during the registration process.

Referral Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event that the referred student cancels their course registration, the referring individual will no longer be eligible to receive the associated referral discount or cash back. Any previously processed refunds related to the cancelled referral may be subject to reversal.

"1st-on-the-Scene" Discount and Referral Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the referral discount, the referred student must accurately provide the referring individual's full name and email address during the registration process.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, "successfully referred" means that the referred students have registered, paid for, and completed the course without cancellation.

Program Modification and Termination:

  • This referral program is subject to modification, suspension, or termination at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • Focus on Camera reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised terms.
